Technical Installation

Each flat was fitted with:

1 × ASHP 8 kW, mounted externally on the roof
55°C LTHW generation for heating distribution
200 L pre-plumbed hot water cylinder per flat
Underfloor heating & hot water solutions, combining comfort with efficiency
