For Cadent’s new head office, we delivered a full HVAC solution including high-performance AHUs, Mitsubishi hybrid VRF systems, and sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting and efficient hot water services—creating a future-ready, sustainable workspace.

In collaboration with CBS Cannock Building Services, we delivered a comprehensive HVAC and water management solution for Cadent’s new head office, combining high-performance systems with sustainable innovation to create an optimal workplace environment.

Scope of Works

Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Installation of 2 high-performance packaged AHUs for efficient ventilation and climate control
Mitsubishi Hybrid VRF Systems
- Integration of 4 Mitsubishi hybrid VRF air conditioning systems
- Supported by an air source heat pump for efficient hot water services
Water Management Systems
- Rainwater harvesting system, recycling water for toilet flushing to improve sustainability
- Full domestic hot & cold-water service installation with premium sanitary ware
