Peter Dimmick - Group Founder

A&C Group Founder, Peter Dimmick, has extensive experience, working for such companies as Soho house, Hotel Du Vin and Home Grown Hotels for over 10 years. The mission is clear: to bring his knowledge, allied with expert personnel, to keep the client satisfied throughout the whole journey and ultimately to deliver an outstanding product.

Adrian Chira – Managing Director

Adrian Chira has been working with Peter Dimmick for 11 years and in that time, he has gone from being a plumber to running projects then ultimately being a partner in A&C. Adrian has an eye for quality and commitment to every project and always goes the extra mile for every client.

James Cole – Commercial Director

As a construction specialist, Jim has worked in most areas of the commercial function, after graduating as a Quantity Surveyor from Wolverhampton University. His last few positions have been at a senior level helping to structure the commercial aspects of the business. Bringing a wealth of experience to A&C he is a stickler for detail and ensures that all commercial aspects of the business including the estimating, quantity surveying and purchasing elements of the business are managed. Keeping a close eye on customer service whilst maintaining a commercial edge.

Frederick Mendoza – M&E Manager

  • Professional Electrical Engineer with BSc in Electrical Engineering & MSc in Electrical Engineering (Major in Robotics and Automation)
  • Graduated with an academic level of distinction (Cum Laude) in BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer, and Certified Master Electrician
  • More than 25 years of experience in M&E Building Services Industry including Design, Construction, and Project Management both local and overseas projects
  • Have worked on various types of development ranging from residential, hotels, apartments, retail malls, airports, warehouses, etc.
  • Have undertaken calculation, production of drawings, specifications and reports, site surveys, client liaison, liaison with members of design/construction teams, project management, costing and other relevant duty to comply with the project requirement.
  • Have undertaken an appropriate level of resource, technical/quality, and financial management responsibility and control and level of business development
