We successfully completed the full mechanical and plumbing installation for a four-flat residential development, delivering coordinated drainage, water services, ventilation, and renewable heating systems throughout.

The project included the supply and installation of cold water services from the external mains, full internal distribution to kitchens, bathrooms, ensuites, and utility areas, and the installation of AGD drainage stacks connected to the ground drainage network. All apartments were prepared for free-issued sanitary ware and white goods.

Ventilation works comprised the supply and installation of plastic ductwork to each flat, together with the installation of free-issued grilles and diffusers.

Heating was provided via wet underfloor heating systems, installed on screed and covering approximately 65 m² per apartment, complete with all required accessories. Each flat was served by a Mitsubishi 6 kW Air Source Heat Pump with a 200-litre hot water cylinder, delivering an efficient, low-carbon heating and hot water solution.

All systems were tested and commissioned, ensuring full operational performance and compliance at handover.
